Chicken Keema Pasta is a non-vegetarian recipe which is loved by meat lovers all over the world. This easy-to-make dish is a mouthwatering blend of minced chicken and penne pasta cooked in pureed tomatoes. Ingredients of Chicken Keema Pasta

  • 500 gm minced chicken
  • 2 litre water
  • 4 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 onion
  • 8 tomato
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 cup pasta penne
  • 4 tablespoon refined oil
  • 4 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 capsicum (green pepper)
  • 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • salt as requiredFor Garnishing1 handful coriander leaves
  • How to make Chicken Keema Pasta
  • mozzarella as required
  • Step 1
  • Place a saucepan over medium flame with water in it. Add pasta in it along with 1 tablespoon oil and salt. Allow it to boil. Once the pasta is cooked, strain the water and allow the pasta to cool in a bowl.
  • Step 2
  • For the sauce, place another pan over medium flame and add 2 tablespoons oil in it. Add the minced chicken along with cumin powder, chili flakes and salt and saute until it turns brown. Take it off the flame and then transfer it on a plate.

  • Chop the onions and capsicum in a bowl. Add the remaining oil in the same pan, along with garlic and oregano. Saute it for some time and then add finely chopped onion and capsicum. Saute all the vegetables until they turn tender.

  • Sprinkle cumin powder, chilli flakes and salt on it. Mix it well so that all the vegetables are coated properly. Transfer the minced chicken along with pureed tomatoes, tomato ketchup and mix it well. Cover it and let the entire mixture cook for a while.

  • Add pasta to this sauce and mix it well so that the sauce coats it evenly. Let it cook until the pasta turns aromatic. Grate mozzarella cheese and chop the coriander leaves. Garnish the pasta with grated mozzarella cheese and chopped coriander leaves and serve hot!
