- ICE published the proposed rule to raise the fees and now ICE has just requested OMB on 03/06/2019 to review their final version of the fee adjustment. It may take two or three months, but Foreign Students and Exchange Visitors and their Institution Stakeholders should be aware of the forthcoming fee increases.
