Ingredients of Compressed Melon Sliders

  • 150 Gram Watermelon
  • 100 Gram Beans sprout
  • 50 Gram Tamarind chutney
  • 30 Gram Mint chutney
  • 100 Gram Yogurt
  • 20 Gram Baby spinach
  • Water melon juice
  • 5 Gram Soy lecithin

How to Make Compressed Melon Sliders

  • 1.Cut watermelon into 2 inch cubes and remove seeds.
  • 2.Blanch bean sprouts and keep it aside.
  • 3.Use cream siphon for yogurt foam.
  • 4.Mix green and tamarind chutney in blanched bean sprout.
  • 5.Place beans sprout on watermelon.
  • 6.Pour yogurt foam beside the watermelon.
  • 7.Create watermelon foam with watermelon juice and soy lecithin powder.
  • 8.Place the foam on watermelon and serve.
  • 9.Garnish with crisp baby spinach leaves.
