Ingredients of Compressed Melon Sliders
- 150 Gram Watermelon
- 100 Gram Beans sprout
- 50 Gram Tamarind chutney
- 30 Gram Mint chutney
- 100 Gram Yogurt
- 20 Gram Baby spinach
- Water melon juice
- 5 Gram Soy lecithin
How to Make Compressed Melon Sliders
- 1.Cut watermelon into 2 inch cubes and remove seeds.
- 2.Blanch bean sprouts and keep it aside.
- 3.Use cream siphon for yogurt foam.
- 4.Mix green and tamarind chutney in blanched bean sprout.
- 5.Place beans sprout on watermelon.
- 6.Pour yogurt foam beside the watermelon.
- 7.Create watermelon foam with watermelon juice and soy lecithin powder.
- 8.Place the foam on watermelon and serve.
- 9.Garnish with crisp baby spinach leaves.
