Salman Khan on turning down web series

 

Salman Khan is known to introduce new talent in the film industry and his latest production Notebook which is releasing next week also launched two newcomers in the lead roles – Pranutan Bahl and Zaheer Iqbal. Recently he was in a conversation with the press for the promotion of the film and he spoke at length over several topics ranging from his co-stars to taking up direction, from the female attention her gets to his autobiography and much more. When teased about entering the digital medium, Salman revealed that he has been approached for producing content for web, but he turned it down. The 53-year-old actor added that if he gets into web content, he will make sure it caters to the family audience.

Apart from Notebook, Salman will soon be seen in Ali Abbas Zafar directorial Bharat alongside Katrina Kaif. The trailer of the film, which is scheduled to release on Eid, will be out soon. The film also stars Tabu, Disha Patani and Sunil Grover in pivotal roles. Besides, Salman is set to collaborate with Sanjay Leela Bhansali after close to two decades. The film is titled Inshallah and it is a love story that features Alia Bhatt as the female lead. It will clash with Akshay Kumar’s Sooryavanshi on Eid 2020.
